Common question
How will I be billed, and when does it renew?
At checkout you pick your plan. Whichever you choose renews automatically at your locked-in price, the 90 day plan every 90 days at $249, or the monthly plan every 30 days at $99, with the same full access each time. After the challenge ends, your access to the app, community, and coaching continues so your progress doesn’t stop. You’re always in control: pause or cancel anytime from your account, no emails or phone calls required.
How do I access the Cysterhood app after I join?
As soon as you join, you’ll get a welcome email with your login details and everything you need to get started. Just download the Cysterhood app, log in, and you’ll find your Daily Ritual meal plan, recipes, workouts, the coaching calls, and the private community all in one place.
Where does the community live?
Right inside the Cysterhood app. Your private community of fellow challengers lives in the Cysterhood app alongside your access to the meal plan and coaching, so everything you need is in one spot.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All four live calls are recorded and posted the same day inside the Cysterhood app, so you can watch on your own time. You can also submit questions ahead of time and Tallene will answer them on the call.
Can I still join after May 31?
No. Doors close May 31st and the cohort starts together on June 1st. The next Challenge runs in the fall!
What happens if I miss a week or coaching call?
You won’t fall behind. The meal plan, coaching replays, and community are all in the app, so you can catch up anytime. It’s about progress over 30 days, not perfection.
How do the finisher rewards work?

When will I get my supplements? Will they arrive in time?
