Refund and Returns Policy

At OvaFit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If our products don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help! Please reach out to us at [email protected].

We gladly accept returns of unopened OvaFit products within 30 days of delivery. If you’ve opened and tried a product but it’s just not working for you, our Happiness Guarantee has you covered—30 days for a one-month supply, or 90 days for a three-month supply.

A few things to note:

Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Partial returns and expired products cannot be accepted
Please contact us before sending anything back—unauthorized returns cannot be refunded

Terms Of Service

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

By completing a purchase, or by using this Service in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the OvaFit website, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.

When completing a purchase, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using your login and password credentials, whether or not that use is explicitly authorized by you.

You agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and that you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.

This agreement is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of T&S Products Inc. Certain Services may be subject to additional terms of service and policies.

Purchases on this site are for personal use only. You agree not to resell or distribute product purchased on this site. We have the right to cancel or refuse any orders we have reason to believe violate these Terms of Service.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

T&S Products Inc. uses a third-party payments processor for billing. By completing your order, you agree to pay T&S Products Inc. via our third-party payments processor.

T&S Products Inc. offers auto-refill services which include recurring billing. We require a positive opt-in for enrollment in our recurring billing program. By opting in, you agree that we may continue to charge you on a recurring basis until such time as you cancel your order.

You agree to keep current your billing and shipping information with us, including payment method details. T&S Products Inc. may change product pricing at any time. If the amount to be charged to your billing account varies from the amount you initially authorized, other than due to the imposition of sales tax, we will provide notice of the amount to be charged. If upon receipt of notice you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time prior to the scheduled date of the transaction. Your non-cancellation of continued service reaffirms that you authorize continued recurring billing.

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTENT

When you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from OvaFit, you agree to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include [confirm actual use cases, for example: promotional messages, product launches, abandoned cart reminders, order-related updates, or account-related information, depending on the consent provided].

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you text STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from the OvaFit website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and, where applicable, phone number.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We may, from time to time, send you targeted email marketing communications about T&S Products Inc. offerings and products. If sending your unsubscribe request via email, please allow up to seven days for your request to be processed.

T&S Products Inc. does not share your information with any third party not associated with delivery of our products and services to you. We retain SMS-related data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain required business records, and support compliance obligations, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY

The T&S Products Inc. e-commerce website is hosted on Shopify, Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENTS

Payments to Ovafit are transacted through National Fulfillment Services, a third-party provider of fulfillment services. National Fulfillment Services is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) level 1 compliant. Your purchase transaction data is encrypted and is stored only so long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. For orders enrolled in the auto-refill program, payment card data necessary for periodic payment re-authorization is kept in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

SECURITY

AFFILIATES

Customers who are referred to Ovafit via affiliates and affiliate websites are considered customers of both parties. The T&S Products Inc. privacy policy applies to customers utilizing the Ovafit website via affiliate referrals. Ovafit reserves the right to share customer data with the referring affiliate for shared customers only, and only with the specific referral source for that shared customer.

GDPR

General Data Protection Regulation (EU): The Ovafit website complies with the provisions of the GDPR through our partnerships with Shopify (website hosting), and Marketo (email provider). Further details regarding GDPR compliance policies can be found by contacting these specific providers.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT [CCPA]

This privacy policy describes the categories of personal information we collect from you, the methods and business purposes of collecting such personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we may share it, and the rights you have regarding the personal information.
