If you’ve been comparing Ovafit’s Metabolism Plus Daily Multi and Happy Hormones’ Inositol Multivitamin, you’ve probably noticed that both are designed with women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), now polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), in mind. But once you look past the front of the bottles, the formulas take different approaches to PMOS support. The ingredients, doses, nutrient forms, and how each product fits into a larger supplement routine are where those differences begin to matter.
As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in nutrition and a woman with PMOS myself, I know how difficult it can be to look at two supplement labels and figure out which differences may impact how you address your symptoms. That’s why I created Metabolism Plus Daily Multi, and why I want to walk you through both formulas using the same criteria.
Below, I’m sharing what you need to know about Ovafit’s Metabolism Plus Daily Multi vs. Happy Hormones Inositol Multivitamin. I’ll show you where each formula takes a different approach and what to consider when deciding which one fits your needs.
Disclaimer: No supplement treats or cures PMOS. A multivitamin helps fill nutritional gaps and support things such as blood sugar, energy, metabolism, and hormone levels health alongside diet and lifestyle changes. Talk to your own provider before starting any new supplement.

OvaFit Metabolism Plus Daily Multi vs. Happy Hormones Inositol Multivitamin
Here’s the quick version so you can keep scrolling with context:
The biggest difference between Ovafit’s Metabolism Plus Daily Multi and Happy Hormones Inositol Multivitamin is how each formula approaches PMOS support. Metabolism Plus is designed as a comprehensive daily multivitamin, while Happy Hormones combines a smaller selection of vitamins and minerals with targeted ingredients like inositol.
Metabolism Plus may be a better fit if you want broad daily nutritional support and prefer to add targeted supplements separately based on your needs. Happy Hormones may make more sense if your priority is having inositol included in the same daily formula. Neither approach is inherently better for every woman with PMOS. This is why it’s important to look beyond the product positioning and compare what you’re actually getting.
Below, I’ll compare the specific vitamins and minerals included, ingredient forms and doses, third-party testing, fillers, costs per day, and how each formula may fit into a PMOS management routine. Then we’ll get into the individual formulas to see where each stands out.

What to Look for in a PCOS Multivitamin
Before you compare any two products, it helps to know what actually moves the needle. A multivitamin can’t fix everything, but the right one can quietly support a lot.
First, look beyond the number of vitamins and minerals and pay attention to what they actually are. Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, and other nutrients can play different roles in metabolic and hormone health, but the form and dose matter, too. A nutrient simply appearing on the Supplement Facts doesn’t necessarily tell you whether the formula provides a meaningful amount.
I also recommend looking at third-party testing, unnecessary fillers, serving size, and cost per day. Those details, while they may seem small, tell you a lot more about what you’re actually getting.
For women with PMOS, a multivitamin can help fill nutritional gaps and support areas connected to hormone balance, insulin sensitivity, energy, metabolism, menstrual cycle, and overall health. It won’t single-handedly resolve hair loss, weight gain, hormonal imbalance, or other PMOS symptoms, which is why I view it as one piece to a much larger routine.
I go much deeper in my post, “Best Multivitamin for PMOS,” if you’re interested. For now, here’s how the formulas compare:
Ovafit Metabolism Plus Daily Multi
I formulated Metabolism Plus Daily Multi to be the nutritional foundation of a PMOS supplement routine. Rather than focusing on one or two ingredients, it contains 20+ targeted nutrients selected with the metabolic and hormonal side of PMOS in mind.
A few of those ingredients are especially important for women with PMOS. Each two-capsule serving provides 2,000 IU of vitamin D3, a nutrient many women with PMOS don’t get enough of, along with 200 mcg of chromium to support blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. You’ll also find 15 mg of zinc and 10 mg of vitamin B6 to support hormone health, plus 100 mg of CoQ10 for cellular energy.
I was intentional about the forms, too. For example, you’ll see methylfolate instead of folic acid and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form of B6. Several of the minerals are chelated as well, including magnesium and zinc. You can see the complete list of vitamins, minerals, forms, and doses on the Metabolism Plus Supplement Facts.
Metabolism Plus isn’t meant to cram every PMOS supplement into two capsules. Think of it as your daily nutrition base, with room to layer in more targeted support depending on what your body needs. For example, if insulin resistance, cravings, or irregular menstrual cycles are part of your PMOS picture, Inositol Complete 40:1 gives you myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in the 40:1 ratio separately.
And that separation was intentional. Metabolism Plus isn’t meant to replace a targeted inositol supplement, and it isn’t going to single-handedly resolve symptoms. It’s there to help you cover your nutritional bases, while the rest of your routine addresses your individual goals.

Happy Hormones Inositol Multivitamin
Happy Hormones takes a different approach to PMOS support. Rather than functioning as a broad daily vitamin, its formula centers on a smaller group of ingredients, with inositol doing much of the heavy lifting. Each four-capsule serving provides 2,000 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol, giving it the same 40:1 ratio I look for when choosing (and creating!) an inositol supplement.
Where Happy Hormones differs most from Metabolism Plus is breadth. Since it focuses primarily on Inositol, it doesn’t provide the wider range of vitamins and minerals you’d typically expect from a comprehensive daily multivitamin.

Which PCOS Multivitamin Is Right for You?
The better choice comes down to what you actually want your multivitamin to accomplish. If you want broad daily nutritional coverage designed specifically around PMOS, I formulated Metabolism Plus Daily Multi for that. Its 20+ nutrient formula makes more sense if you want your multivitamin to provide a foundation of vitamins, minerals, chromium, CoQ10, and other nutrients while letting you add more targeted supplements separately. (Looking at you, PMOS Supplements for Weight Loss!)
If your priority is getting myo-inositol and a multivitamin together in one product, Happy Hormones takes that approach. For some women, the convenience of an all-in-one formula may matter more than the broader vitamins and minerals found in Metabolism Plus.
There are trade-offs on both sides, though. Metabolism Plus provides greater nutritional coverage, but doesn’t include inositol. Happy Hormones includes inositol, but its formula isn’t as broad as a traditional daily multivitamin. Those are meaningful differences.
Grab Ovafit’s Metabolism Plus Daily Multi as a meaningful addition to your PMOS management plan.
When you’re trying to decide between Metabolism Plus Daily Multi and Happy Hormones Inositol Multivitamin, weigh each option against your ultimate goals. Whether you’re seeking an anti-inflammatory approach or simply supporting androgen levels, the best fit comes down to which nutrients you want your daily supplement to cover.
